Unlike an MBA

School of Global Management and Leadership master's programs are developed to meet the growing demand for leaders in the global economy. Unlike traditional MBA programs that touch on a variety of general topics, the School of Global Management and Leadership's graduate offerings are highly specialized, innovative programs that focus on leadership and organizational effectiveness.

Designed for students with demonstrated academic and professional successes, these accelerated, 30-hour degree programs can be completed in as little as one year.
