The Global Business School Hult is not just a business school. It’s a global network that educates, inspires, and connects some of the most forward-thinking business talents from around the world.
Globally relevant business education
In today’s world, the most relevant business education is a global one. Hult’s programs, from undergraduate to executive education, are designed to help students and executives experience firsthand the forces shaping international business and give them the skills and knowledge to lead in this increasingly complex environment.
Learn to lead the global community The Hult experience is about becoming part of an inspiring academic community that fosters the boldness, the curiosity, and the resilience needed to become a global business leader. It’s in this academic environment that we challenge our students and executives to become not just business leaders, but world leaders. Choosing which of our campuses you will start your journey at, is just the start of what will become a life-changing global adventure.
Global campus network
Hult has seven cutting-edge campuses in the heart of some of the world’s most influential markets.
- San Francisco
- New York
- Ashridge Estate – U.K.
Our global campus network gives students and executives access to a truly global community. It enables you to study and experience life in extremely varied business environments, attracts interesting people from around the world, and allows us to tap into the best industry and faculty expertise — wherever it exists.
Bringing fundamental global business concepts to life through real-world practice is the cornerstone of all our programs. We believe people learn better by doing, so we have developed academic curriculums that reflect our commitment to this belief. Our techniques include real-world consultation projects, live simulations with actors, understanding risk management with professional poker players, practicing group decision-making by competing against other teams of students in real-world scenarios, and developing teamwork and leadership skills through challenging outdoor activities, such as open-water sailing.
Trusted by global companies
Our programs are based on exploring, understanding, and solving the issues faced each and every day by the world’s leading international companies. Many of the world’s most respected international companies, organizations, and NGOs turn to Hult’s Ashridge Executive Education for help solving complex business challenges and to better understand how best to develop their key management talent. This in-depth involvement with clients both informs our research and influences the design of our academic programs, helping us deliver the most relevant and current business education available.
Hult’s internationally renowned faculty pride themselves first and foremost on their passion for teaching. Many have achieved significant success in the real world, meaning that what and how they teach is greatly influenced by their experience as corporate executives, business owners, inventors, and entrepreneurs. Our professors come from over 45 different countries and have collectively taught on every continent – the subjects they teach are greatly enhanced by their internationalism.
Our research is focused on the issues that are uppermost in global business leaders’ minds – the trends that are shaping the future business environment and how companies will need to react. These include long-term research into leadership, sustainability, emerging markets, and technological disruption. The thinking that arises from our research is quickly translated into the practices that underpin all our programs – helping individuals perform at the highest level.
Global students & alumni
Many business schools claim to be global, but our classrooms actually prove it. Our campuses are home to an extraordinary diversity of cultures, ideas, and backgrounds — Hult students represent over 120 nationalities and speak more than 100 languages.
Classroom diversity and cross-cultural collaboration is an essential part of the Hult experience. In fact, many of our students say they learned as much from their fellow classmates as they did from their professors. Together, you will not only share your experiences, but you will teach each other that everyone sees the world from different angles. You will learn to diplomatically navigate diverse perspectives, understand the cultural dynamics affecting global business, and how to solve problems collaboratively.
A strong network
Today, there are 16,000 Hult alumni spread across 156 countries and 100,000 executives have passed through our Ashridge Executive Education programs. This network gives Hult alumni business contacts in every major country in the world.
At Hult, we believe that business has the power to change lives for the better. We are extremely proud that the seeds of what has become the world’s largest student entrepreneurship competition were planted at our school.
Turning ideas into action
Founded by a Hult alumnus, funded by the Hult family, and run in partnership with former U.S. President Bill Clinton, student teams from all over the world compete to win a USD1 million investment in their startups. The specific challenge varies from year to year, but they all focus on improving the lives of some of the world’s poorest people. In 2015, the student teams devised ingenious solutions to build sustainable and scalable social enterprises to address early childhood education in urban slums. Over 20,000 applications were received, six teams made it through to the global finals in New York, and we are proud to announce that five of those teams, including the winners, received external investment to help take their ideas to the next level.
