Brief Presentation

The Catholic University of Valencia San Vicente Mártir is a vibrant and dynamic institution open to the world and to the future. The University was born in 2004 as a result of the union of the School of Nursery, founded in 1952, with the School of Education, founded 1958, and with the School of Business, founded 2003. The UCV now abounds exciting academic and professional opportunities abound at the UCV. Students may pursue a degree in any one of the University’s ten schools/faculties and nearly 30 majors. These include: The School of Science, Psychology and Education; The Faculty of Physical Activity and Sport Science; The School of Physiotherapy and Podiatry; The School of Philosophy, Anthropology and Social Work; The Faculty of Veterinary and Experimental Sciences (including Marine Science); The Faculty of Economics and Business; The Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry; The School of Law; The Faculty of Canon Law; and The School of Nursing
