- Professional Graduate Programs (MBA, MA Leadership)
Our vision is to develop and be Leaders for a Sustainable World.
Our mission is to provide a transformational learning environment that encourages critical reflection, personal growth, community engagement and global awareness, and promotes comprehensive understanding of both traditional and emerging themes in management and economics. We foster social and ethical responsibility and prepare graduates for leadership roles that will improve the effectiveness of their organizations and the well being of people in Canada and around the world.
Our commitment to the United Nation's Global Compact
The UN's Global Compact encourages businesses and academic institutions worldwide to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies. The UN Global Compact is a principle-based framework for businesses, stating ten principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption. These principles led to the development of the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), a global platform to encourage responsible management education. We are both champions and signatories to the PRME initiative.
