The M.S. (Master of Science) degree in Plant Pathology integrates coursework and research at the intersection of the plant, microbial, and environmental sciences. The program includes a wide range of opportunities in areas ranging from applied, field-based disease management research to lab-based approaches aimed at understanding plant pathogens and their interactions with host plants at the molecular level.

The MS in Biological Engineering is oriented toward executing engineering solutions for feed, food and fiber production and/or post-harvest processing problems having an intensive biological/microbiological dimension.

The MS in Agricultural Engineering is oriented toward executing engineering solutions for feed, fiber, and food production problems and/or postharvest processing problems. Problems addressed by this degree are generally at or beyond the field scale; however, solution approaches frequently begin at the bench-scale level.

The M.S. in Engineering with an Emphasis in Mechanical Engineering degree provides specialized expertise in mechanical engineering by providing a rigorous curriculum and innovative research in three distinctive areas: Design, Optimization and Manufacturing; Energy, Fluid and Thermal Systems; and Mechanics and Materials. Specifically, the program offers students the opportunity to conduct state-of-the-art research in a number of areas with pressing societal problems.

The School of ECE has expertise in three broad areas: Control Systems, Electronics and Photonics, and Cyber-Physical Systems. Students will take courses and perform research in these areas providing them with the necessary skills to pursue both industrial and academic careers in cutting edge fields of engineering.

The M.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with an Emphasis in Civil Engineering provides specialized expertise in civil engineering by providing a rigorous curriculum and innovative research in two distinctive areas: Structural and Geotechnical Engineering and Environment and Water.
