The Department of Communication Systems Engineering (CSE) is dedicated to training engineers that can initiate and lead the development of new technologies in the fields of networking and communications. Cutting-edge research is conducted by top-tier scientists and world-renowned researchers, who focus on the fields of networking, hardware, software, and the communication technologies that are required by the industry, in addition to training more than 60 engineering students annually for B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees.

This two-year program taught entirely in English, offers tracks in electro-optics, nano and microelectronics, data science and information technology (signal processing, communications, computer engineering), and bioengineering.

The graduate aim is to deepen and broaden basic knowledge in chemical engineering and to develop an increased ability to address complex issues in a variety of areas of activity of the chemical engineer. Teaching and research faculty cover a broad range of topics such as phenomena and flow of fluids, actions foundation in chemical engineering, separation processes, petroleum, development of operation and process control engineering, reactors, adsorption and catalysis, engineering polymers and plastics, and biomedical engineering – Chemical and Biomedical, Biophysics, environmental engineering, microstructure and nanotechnology, particle systems, colloidal systems, complex fluids, space effects, processing and ceramic materials – lead, and the study of crystal growth processes in thin layers.

The curriculum for a master's degree in applied mathematics includes theoretical courses, a research paper (thesis), and professional courses. As part of the studies, the student will conduct research at a level suitable for publication in scientific literature.

The M.Sc. in Software and Information Systems Engineering Program provides high-level education for researchers and practitioners in a broad range of Artificial Intelligence fields such as Game Theory, Natural Language Processing, Data Science, Machine Learning, Automated Planning, Multi-Agent Systems, Recommendation Systems, Fault Detection and Diagnosis, and Heuristic search.

The aim of the M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering program is to provide students with expertise and advanced knowledge in a selected specialization area within electrical and computer engineering. Students graduating with an M.Sc. degree can apply for senior R&D positions in the industry and may continue toward Ph.D. studies.
