The MSc in Environmental Science and Technology will train a new generation of professionals to provide sustainable solutions for increasingly complex environmental problems. You will learn to create a healthier living environment for all, whilst avoiding pollution, preserving our ecosystems, and sustainably using and recovering resources.

Acquire insight into the drivers of global change and its consequences at all levels of biological organisation, from molecules over cells, individual organisms and populations to communities and ecosystems. Participate in state-of-the-art research performed at the internationally renowned Department of Biology of the University of Antwerp.

The programme trains students from both developed and developing countries with technical and managerial knowledge and skills to: (i) successfully plan, design, operate and manage water resources projects; and (ii) advise and support authorities in policy-making to enhance the safe and equitable use of water resources. A strong focus is put on the use of state-of-the-art numerical simulation tools for integrated water management.
