Yuan Ze University offers Master's Degree in Engineering programs under the College of Engineering, College of Informatics, and College of Electrical Engineering.

Institute of Materials Science and Engineering (IMSE) was founded in August 2005, and currently offers both master and doctoral programs. The long-term aim of our institute is to establish a world-class materials science research teaching unit.

Besides knowledge-based courses, the hands-on activities, the cultivation of creativity, and the capstone courses are specially offered in our training.

The domain of Electrical Engineering technology is extensive and covers both basic research and technology applications, so the courses of the department have to be well designed with the times. We usually provide basic courses for the prior-year students of an undergraduate school, and courses and research programs with prospective and international views for students of the junior, senior and graduate school, in order to train students to cope with their future job and academic research.

Graduate Institute of Construction Engineering and Management was founded in 2001. The Institute is the first of its kind in public universities in Taiwan. It was formerly the Construction Engineering and Management Division at the Department of Civil Engineering

Concomitantly, along with the promotion of sports organizations, the demands for sports products shall raise.

Graduate Institute of Athletics and Coaching Science was created in 2012 following the merger between the Graduate Institute of Coaching Science (created in 1994) and Graduate Institute of Sport Training Science (created in 2003). The aim of the Institute is to foster excellent coaches and to train students studying in coaching science.

Because of the multidisciplinary credentials of its faculty and the first-rate quality of its research facilities, the GIEE attracts high-caliber students from a variety of engineering and science disciplines.

This teaching unit was established in 1988 and its original name was Department of Physical Education (a two-year program) aimed for continuing the professional education in graduates of junior physical education (PE) college, nurturing higher PE professionals, and promoting national PE development.
