The Master in Sustainable Development of the Seneca Institute is a program that addresses the issue of sustainability in a comprehensive and interdisciplinary way. It focuses on providing knowledge and tools that promote progress that is respectful of people and the environment. In addition, this program has a professional approach and focuses on the practical application of its contents, while deepening the analysis and knowledge of its field of study.

This institute, in a time of climate change, is addressed to those who wish, through practice or education, to improve the quality of life in cities worldwide. In that spirit, the Graduate Program on Sustainable Cities will combine practical on-site experience with academic input from the foundation’s network of international experts.

IE School of Global & Public Affairs and the United Nations System Staff College have partnered to provide world-class training in the Master in International Development. Students will be primed to tackle the complex challenges associated with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and promote sustainable prosperity around the world. The program encompasses the 5 P’s defined by the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development: People, Planet, Prosperity, Peace, and Partnership. The United Nations System Staff College has designed the curriculum for this master's alongside IE University experts and professors.
