The Interinstitutional Master's Degree in Livestock Production (MIPPE) is proposed as a research-oriented program that seeks in its students the development of basic and applied research skills that lead to the solution of problems of livestock production, considering beef cattle, dairy cattle, sheep, goats, poultry (poultry and poultry) and pigs.

The Center for Social Sciences and Humanities presents the curriculum of the Master's Degree in Social and Humanistic Research, with a focus on the training of researchers, to offer a quality, transdisciplinary and flexible postgraduate option.

The Master in Educational Research, is a postgraduate program recognized by its HIGH QUALITY in the level of Consolidation granted by CONACYT in the National Program of Postgraduate Quality (PNPC).

This postgraduate program directs the training of human resources, directing the area of ​​civil engineering towards the specialization of professionals in structural, construction and environmental engineering, able to participate in the different phases of the design, construction and maintenance of buildings, as well as in the management of works and their waste, with a vision to create a first world society and to obtain sustainable building models that are characterized by presenting during its construction and operation: energy saving, optimization of natural and human resources, and waste minimization.

The program is designed in such a way that the student who only courses the propaedeutics has the right to a Diploma and the student who attends a year of the master's degree will be entitled to the diploma of Specialty in Computer Science, as well as the one that culminates the curricular structure will obtain the title of masters.

The Master in Taxation, aims to train professionals in the domain and application of theoretical and practical knowledge, related to the management, administration, analysis of taxes and tax burdens, in both the public and private sectors, in the framework of an open economy, considering the perspective of the entrepreneur and the authority.

The Master's Degree in Urban Planning from the Center for Design and Construction Sciences and the Department of Theory and Methods has as its mission to contribute to the sustainable development of human settlements through the training of trained professionals in the area; taking as fundamental premises the integral and multidisciplinary approach of the urban phenomenon, the prospective vision and the participation of the society; and promoting the values ​​of critical attitude, responsible and sensitive to social problems, commitment to the sustainable development of cities and promotion of teamwork.

The MA in Psychology Research is a postgraduate program recognized for its QUALITY at the level of recent creation granted by CONACYT in the National Graduate Program of Quality (PNPC).

The Interinstitutional Master's Degree in Protected Agriculture is an educational program created through collaboration between the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes, the University of Colima, the University of Guadalajara, the University of Guanajuato, the Michoacan University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo, the Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit and the Autonomous University of Sinaloa.
