The practice-oriented master's program offers specialized general management training for nonprofit organizations and public institutions. Through projects and elective modules, students acquire sound skills and develop a holistic understanding of management that prepares them for future leadership roles.

Graduates of this specialty will be able to manage, design, plan, and evaluate service programs related to the personal and social development of individuals, families, and communities to improve the quality of life in society. In addition, they will develop leadership skills that will allow them to organize communities and thus become agents of social change. They will be able to participate effectively and efficiently in public policy formulation processes. They will know strategies for the search for funds, preparation and administration of proposals for the operationalization of programmatic objectives and goals.
