Our Master in People and Change Management is your chance to level up as an HR professional, manager, or change leader, bridging the gap between people and organizational transformation. You will emerge from our Master in People and Change Management as an expert bridge builder. You will develop the critical skills to influence, lead, and manage change within an organization, making sure that people remain at the heart of business transformation. The curriculum is unique in integrating various disciplines, insights and perspectives of human resources management and organizational change management and includes a study trip to Madrid and an HR consulting bootcamp.

Upon successful completion of the study program students receive an international private Master in International Management (MIM) degree, with a specialization in Human Resource Management, awarded by the school's main campus in Zurich, Switzerland, based on the recommendation of the faculty of the local campuses where credits were earned, and upon the recommendation of the school's Academic Council.

The European MASTER is primarily intended for students who have completed a level II diploma (bac +3) in the fields of human resources management, psychology, sociology or labor law.
