The mission of the MS in Holistic Nutrition degree program is to provide professional holistic nutrition and physical health recommendations from which community programming and client education can be based. The MS in Holistic Nutrition program offers students focused training in advanced applied holistic nutrition. There is an emphasis on integrating holistic nutrition research and coaching skills to prepare graduates for the direct application of holistic nutrition theory, science, and concepts in holistic health lifestyle planning for optimal health.

SEP prepares the student to perform and educate others in spiritual and energetic modalities while integrating physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels of self-existence. It also mentors the student for leadership in the Holistic Health and Spirituality fields nationally and internationally.

The mission of the MS in the Aromatherapy degree program is to develop a practical and theoretical understanding of clinical aromatherapy and professionally apply this knowledge to educate clients and consumers about a mind-body-spirit approach to health and wellness.

This program prepares the student to liaison with existing practice. The student learns diverse approaches to spiritual healing and holistic/integrative health care to connect their work with other like-minded healthcare professionals.
