Modules draw on current international research, within a focused and dynamic academic community on campus and include supported opportunities to submit for publication.

The Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) program at WLU is a 30-credit-hour program that includes 12 credit hours of required education common core courses and 18 credit hours of courses in the student’s area of emphasis. Courses are scheduled in two eight-week terms during the fall and spring semesters, and two six-week terms during the summer. Our personal-touch program maximizes flexibility and connection, offering both online and face-to-face courses that meet once a week at 5:00 p.m.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM: Contribute to the positive transformation of the educational system and institutions, in order to make effective the right to quality education for all Chihuahuan girls, boys, and young people, through the training of educational leaders.

The objective of the training is to prepare students for educational research and practical work in the public and higher education and in organizations; to design and evaluate learning programmes in schools; to participate in educational research and development, and to communicate the Hungarian achievements in educational science on national and international platforms.
