Introduction
The Second Cycle Degree Programme prepares students for employment as diplomats, international functionaries, public officials, and business managers. It also prepares them for service as officials and managers in non-governmental and non-profit organizations operating in the fields of international relations, human rights, development cooperation, and humanitarian aid in critical areas.
Acquired competencies allow graduates to analyze political, economic, and social phenomena on an international scale and to reflect on the complexity of the contemporary world. Graduates are well suited for high-level positions in national and international companies, agencies, organizations, and institutions, both public and private.
The Degree Programme offers three specializations: International and Diplomatic Studies, Development and International Cooperation, and European Studies, the latter taught in English
Curriculum
This Master’s program focuses on European Union politics and economy, its institutional evolution, its role as a key actor on the global scene. Acquiring analytical tools, institutional knowledge, and comparative analysis abilities, our graduates will be able to understand, evaluate and manage the major issues, challenges, and perspectives relating to contemporary European societies.
The Master of Science in International Relations – European Studies aims to provide students with cultural, communicative, and methodological abilities in the following fields: history, economics, law, political science, and linguistics. These skills are designed to help students develop their ability to understand and analyze the international dimension of contemporary political, economic, and social phenomena.

The course prepares for entry into public administration, community institutions, and international organizations, framing their graduates in the professional profile of the diplomat, the international official, the public manager, as well as the company manager.
In the same way, the course prepares for the profession of officer and manager of non-governmental and non-profit organizations, national or international, that deal with international relations, human rights, development cooperation, and humanitarian interventions in areas of crisis.
