Introduction
The master's degree in Psychology and Human Resource Development at the Faculty of Education and Psychology, was designed in partnership with the Católica Porto Business School, with the main objective of guaranteeing a multidisciplinary training offer that prepares professionals, in the field of Psychology, for the development of human resources in an organizational context.
In view of the new challenges of the labor market and contemporary society, we believe that maintaining this focus depends on a teaching-learning approach aligned with organizational partners and with a permanent self-assessment by students and teachers. In this way, ensuring that the skills of our students respond to the real needs of organizations and the people who work there.
Multidisciplinarity
The Psychology approach is enriched by the multidisciplinary analysis of human resources development and enhanced by the partnership with Católica Porto Business School that provides our students with contact with disciplines (Management, Economics and Law), teachers and colleagues with academic knowledge and profiles / diverse professionals.

Merit Scholarships
- 7 merit scholarships for Master's in Psychology students - 3 scholarships of 100% and 4 scholarships of 50% of the tuition fees;
- 4 merit scholarships for Master's students in Psychology and Human Resources Development - 2 scholarships of 100% and 2 scholarships of 50% of the tuition fees.

Goals
- To promote psychology and its application in the area of Human Resources as a multidisciplinary domain of knowledge production and intervention in organizations;
- Promote the assumption of the Human Resources professional as a strategic business partner;
- Increase in HR professionals the skills to combine, in an articulated way in the field, research, reflection and intervention;
- Ensure qualification for professional autonomy in Psychology and Human Resources Development through close contact with reference practices in the field and individualized support in the consolidation and transposition of specific knowledge in this domain into practice.
