Introduction
Rapid technological change, open innovation models, and digitization of activities are continuously transforming industry structures, value chains, and organizational designs. Companies operating in today’s knowledge and creative economies must develop new organizational forms and management systems to consistently rebuild their competitive advantage.
Master 2 in Research in Management and Innovation (M2 RMI) explores cutting-edge topics focused on knowledge dynamics and innovation management. As the first Université Côte d’Azur program created in partnership with SKEMA Business School, RMI awards two degrees: a Master 2 from the University Côte d’Azur and a Master of Science from SKEMA Business School located in Europe's largest Technopole, Sophia-Antipolis Science and Technology Park.
M2 RMI is designed for those with strong motivation to pursue doctoral studies in management and a career in academia. Graduates are well-equipped to pursue further academic study or excel in business and management, from startups to multinational corporations.

IDEX Scholarships for International MSc Programs
Each year Université Côte d'Azur awards 10 Idex scholarships to the best MSc candidates. The recipients of these grants of excellence will be exempt from tuition fees and will receive a stipend of €5,000.

France Excellence Europa Scholarship Program
International students from 26 European countries may be awarded the France Excellence Europa scholarship to pursue a Master's degree at Université Côte d’ Azur for a maximum period of 12 months (M2) and 24 months (M1).
EIFFEL Scholarship Program of Excellence
The Eiffel Scholarship program is a tool developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract the best foreign students to graduate programs at the master's and doctoral levels.
Curriculum
M2 Research in Management and Innovation's (RMI) publication-focused curriculum addresses the challenges of the complex and rapidly evolving business environment, making it an ideal starting point for those wishing to pursue a doctoral degree in management and an academic career. By imparting scientific knowledge on management and innovation, you will acquire the skills needed to conceive and execute your own doctoral research projects.
All courses in the Master 2 RMI are delivered in English. We differ from other programs through our emphasis on academic research and doctoral study preparation. Coursework includes a combination of seminars, student-autonomous research, presentations, and class discussions based on articles published in top scientific journals.
The RMI faculty and doctoral students are part of the GREDEG research center and ELMI Graduate School, using diverse interests and methods to create a supportive research environment for scholars.
