Introduction
The program gives students broad knowledge on developing a modern digital state, its transition to seamless fully digitalized services, and the necessary building blocks of e-society.
Teaching is conducted in English and studies are free of charge for Estonian and EU citizens.

Curriculum
The program gives students a broad knowledge of developing a modern state, its transition to e-governance and paperless management. Studies include a wide overview of administrative and legal aspects of e-governance.

Program Outcome
Graduates of this programme will be awarded a Master of Science in Engineering (MSc).
Scholarships and Funding
Students can apply for performance scholarships. The amount of the scholarship is 100 € (euros) per month. First-year students can apply from the second semester. For more information, please contact the university.

In case you cannot commit to study for 1 year at the master’s level, you have the option to enroll in the program-related micro degree for an initial understanding of the study program. Later, you can choose to continue with the master's program or pursue another micro degree, eventually completing the master's exam to obtain the degree.

The development of the digital state, including the launch of new services and the modernization of existing projects, cyber security awareness, and better communication connections are the main directions of the Information Society Development Plan 2030, which is currently being prepared.
