Introduction
The Master in Physical Education and Sports in distance mode is proposed as a new action framed in the field of education that, due to its characteristics, allows professionals from all over the country and abroad to have access to training of excellence.
Teaching practice in the field of Physical Education and Sports is a tool that promotes social transformation. As such, this career aims to provide knowledge regarding the link between Physical Education and Sport as a social category (sport as a spectacle, as competition, its role in the market, it's regulation and regulations, its relationship with the State) as well as the way in which sport affects and is affected by other social categories, such as gender, ethnicity, sexuality and social classes. Within this framework, it is proposed to train committed professionals capable of detecting, innovating, and offering creative solutions to the challenges demanded by today's society.
This master's degree promotes critical and constructive thinking about teaching as a profession; improve the teaching and learning process autonomously; to design and develop curricular programs and projects, policies and evaluation practices in the field of Physical Education and Sports and committed to social justice through the development of intervention projects in the field of Physical Education and Sports.
