Master in Human Rights

The Master provides training in the field of human rights and public policies. In particular, it trains professionals for theoretical reflection and practical application of the human rights perspective in the design, implementation and evaluation of public policies at the local, national and regional levels. The training emphasizes the analysis of the relationship between the State and civil society and the promotion of the use of protection standards and enforcement mechanisms to strengthen the institutions of democracy and prevent human rights violations. Its thematic areas include access to justice, equality and non-discrimination, economic, social, cultural and environmental rights, the rights of migrants and institutional violence and citizen security.
