Sport
Manchester is home to some of the biggest names in sports, and this has inspired Manchester Met to offer a wide range of sporting activities to students - there are currently 45 sports clubs at the university,
The Institute of Sport also works with organizations that include the Football Association, the International Olympic Committee, the International Paralympic Committee, Sport England, and UEFA.

Student Support
Manchester Met has highly experienced staff that offer career advice and free English language support. They also have a dedicated International Office to ensure that international students receive all the support they need to succeed.
Every student at the University is also automatically a member of the Students; Union, which exists to make sure that students have the best experience they can during their studies.
Accommodation
International students can access a range of accommodation options while studying at Manchester Met, from en-suite rooms in shared flats to bedrooms with shared kitchens and bathrooms. Manchester Met also has self-contained studio flats available.
All rooms are close to where you will study and near to local facilities including shops, restaurants, cafés, and excellent transport links. You will also find support whenever you need it, from their Residential Life Team to their 24-hour Security Team. Undergraduate students are also guaranteed a place in Manchester Met's University student accommodation for their first year of study, as long as they apply before the annual deadline.
