Introduction
Master of Arts in Global Leadership
The Master of Global Leadership (MAGL) is a 2-year Master's program designed for individuals who desire to hone the skills necessary to be successful in a leadership role both in a local or global setting. Students of this program will be trained both as Christian and Secular leaders, receiving comprehensive background in Mission, Coaching, Social Sciences, and Research. With a class composed of individuals from different countries and backgrounds, the students will become adept at recent global movements and trends. They will also be exposed to cultural differences to help them broaden their perspective and points of view which is necessary as global leaders.
