Student Profile

You have a broad interest in the technology of modern construction and want to understand how structures perform and interact with their environment in terms of safety, durability, energy efficiency, cost efficiency and human health and comfort.

• You have a solid background in physics and mathematics and know the basics of civil engineering, including strength of materials, structural mechanics, building physics, and the design of structural members in concrete, steel and timber.
• You want to become an expert in the science and technology of construction and to contribute to the technological revolution that is taking place in the construction industry, from circular buildings to smart infrastructure.
