ICIF always brings to the world the values enogastronomy, Italian hospitality and the Italian way of life thanks to the initiatives they participate both in Italy and abroad. The promotion of Italian cuisine and Italian food products of excellence occurs through the formation of young chefs at the Italian headquarters in the Castle of Costigliole d'Asti, in the Shanghai China, in two locations in Brazil to Flores da Cunha and St. Paul and through cooperation with the Schools and University of Gastronomy in different countries of the world.
Culinary training, promotion of Made in Italy, major events and the fight against counterfeiting
Training for Italian and foreign young chefs to acquire a professional specialization on the Italian Regional Cuisine; the training also includes a training on food security and sustainable policies on the management of the food chain.

It is the false gourmet, a product that has a mix of Italian names, logos, images and slogans are clearly due to our country.
