Introduction
Diploma From The University Of Liège
Training aims :
Develop attitudes and skills for decision-making in the local, regional, national and international civil service, in particular through an understanding of the specificities of the socio-economic, political, legal and financial environment.
The first semester is in the common core and the second offers a specialization following 3 courses:
European Affairs Management course
This course aims to train public service executives, and other professionals, in the challenges of the European Union, its operating methods, the diversity of its actors and their strategies.
Management of public institutions course
The course develops attitudes and skills for decision-making in the local, regional, national and international civil service, in particular through an understanding of the specificities of the socio-economic, political, legal and financial environment.
Management and governance of universities course
The objective of the course is to train administrative executives capable of supporting the heads of establishments in the definition and implementation of establishment strategies, of managing transversal operational functions (human resources, financial management, cost calculation , communication, etc.) of the sector or to administer an administrative structure or a component of the establishment.
Academic partner and diploma:
The training is organized in partnership with HEC - School of Management of the University of Liège, Belgium. This university is ranked in the top 300 universities by the Shanghai ranking. The diploma issued at the end of the training is the Master in management sciences, specializing in Public Management from the University of Liège (diploma from the French Community of Belgium).
Teaching:
All courses and exams take place from September of the current year to June of the following year.
Memory :
The realization of a scientific work around a research question having a public management orientation (public policies, public management and university governance) is compulsory. The end of studies thesis is an integral part of the diploma and gives rise to a defense before a jury made up of a thesis director and two readers.
The students enrolled in this course are students regularly enrolled at the University of Liège, while enjoying the status of Bulgarian student for the duration of their studies.

Opportunities:
