This study program commits to developing fisheries and marine biotechnology concerning aquatic biota health biotechnology, aquaculture biotechnology, and fishery product biotechnology. Our vision is to become an independent, innovative, and advanced study program implementing morality aspects in developing science and technology relating to fisheries biotechnology at the national and international level.

The Postgraduate Chemistry Study Program was opened in 1981. This program was acknowledged by the Decree of the Director-General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia in 1993. The master's and doctoral programs in the Department of Chemistry have been accredited by BAN (National Accreditation Board). Starting in 2016, the management of the master's and doctoral programs in Chemistry was separated.

Magister Perencanaan Wilayah dan Kota (MPWK) or Master Programme in Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) was established in 1994. The establishment of MURP started off with the idea that planning is tremendously needed in the country and the nation’s development; the urge to take part in providing planning education that could disseminate planning ability and way of thinking to society that could affect future development’s direction decision; and the importance of human resources and planning knowledge to support development in planning studies. Until 2017, the name of the degree programme was Magister Perencanaan Kota dan Daerah (Master Programme of City and Regional Planning).

The curriculum of the Master’s Program in Linguistics gives emphasis to culture in the studies, such as lexicography, translation, teaching, and interdisciplinary linguistics. The interdisciplinary linguistics study classified in macro linguistics is the traits of the Master’s Program in Linguistics in the Cultural Linguistic studies, such as Sociolinguistics, Psycholinguistics, Cross-Cultural Pragmatics, Critical Discourse Study, and Applied Linguistics.

Our program places emphasis on students to become knowledgeable and competent in addressing and solving related problems through research and development activities in the field of chemistry. The curriculum of the Master of Chemistry is prepared based on the needs of industry, government, and education. Therefore, we offer areas of expertise in Biochemistry, Organic chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Physical chemistry, and Inorganic chemistry.

The Master in Information Technology (MIT) enables students to gain a solid foundation in areas such as information architecture, information quality assurance, usability, IT governance, information systems management, IT project management, user experience design, IT documentation/technical writing and communication, distributed information systems, data management, and mobile information systems.

Agricultural Engineering became an educational center of international standards and plays an active role in the development of science through research and community service.
