The Master’s program Virtual Reality trains designers to find their voice in this context of ever-changing uses.Students who enroll in this program will learn to design innovative virtual and augmented reality interfaces and services (this training course is organized as part of the double degree jointly run by L’École de design Nantes Atlantique and the French engineering school Arts et Métiers ParisTech Angers (Laval, France).Areas of application:- innovative design tools,- applications used for therapeutic purposes,- interactive entertainment...Design training and double degree:Students are required to conduct several projects conducted via an industrial partnership revolving around this theme and a final degree project addressing an issue related to virtual reality.All throughout this long-term process they are guided and advised by experts such as designers, industrial partners, researchers and professionals.During their fifth year students prepare a double degree to improve certain skills : MDes from L’École de design Nantes Atlantique coupled with a Master Degree in Virtual Reality Engineering and Innovation delivered by Arts et Métiers ParisTech Angers (a French higher education institution specializing in mechanical and industrial engineering).The academic schedule is adapted to allow students to follow both courses.Prerequisites for enrollment in the Virtual Reality program:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a field related to interaction, multimedia or digital design....
