Master-level studies involve specialized study in a field of research or an area of professional practice. Earning a master’s degree demonstrates a higher level of mastery of the subject. Earning a master’s degree can take anywhere from a year to three or four years. Before you can graduate, you usually must write and defend a thesis, a long paper that is the culmination of your specialized research.

Molecular Science Program integrates ideas and techniques that span the boundaries of traditional chemical and biological sciences, and to train students in experimental and theoretical aspects of research in molecular biology, chemistry, and physics, particularly where these disciplines intersect.

Education in the United States is mainly provided by the public sector, with control and funding coming from three levels: state, local, and federal, in that order.
