All the dynamic changes in the environment and adaptability to different parts of the company or parts of any organization on these changes, and with a lack of mutual respect and trust, accelerate the process of disintegration. Hence the need to build mutual respect and trust in order to prevent disintegration occurs as a necessity. Adizes School of Management is a study that just offers a methodology for acquiring skills to build mutual respect and confidence in the integration process. The study may enroll students who have a four-year university degree (240 ECTS credits), as well as students who have completed - in the Bologna concept - three years of study (180 ECTS credits). Upon completion of studies, students acquire a master degree in management and organization at the University of Sarajevo and certification of Adizes Graduate School, Santa Barbara, California, USA. Entry requirements The study may enroll students who have a four-year university degree (240 ECTS credits), as well as students who are in the Bologna concept completed three years of study (180 ECTS credits). Since the program foreseen the participation of lecturers from abroad, and the use of literature and the English language proficiency in English is desirable. Upon completion of studies, students acquire a master degree in management and organization at the University of Sarajevo and certification of Adizes Graduate School (AGS). Plan and program Curriculum is provided six mandatory and three optional courses within the nine cases. Teaching the six compulsory subjects being organized according to the "in-class", and the optional subjects according to the "on-line". Courses on Structure of Lifecycle of Organizations, Roles and Styles of Management and Mastering Change will run exclusively by domestic and foreign lecturers who have a certificate assigned by Adizes Academy of Management. Within the group of five elective courses offered courses to be organized by design trails "on-line" was developed in the framework of the Adizes Academy of Management, and four within the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo. Price The total cost of study for candidates who have previously completed a four-year study is 7,500.00 KM, and for students who have completed a three-year study (Bologna concept) is 9.500,00 KM.
