The employment status of available teaching staff reflects this situation, where 50% of the teaching and research staff are career civil servants, 19.5% have an indefinite employment contract, and 30.5% have a teaching or administrative contract. Some 65% of teaching staff have more than 10 years´ teaching experience and over 70% have at least 6 years´ recognised research work.
