This program offers two fields of study, namely Contemporary Literature and Philology.
Contemporary Literature focuses on the study of Indonesian and foreign contemporary literature. In Philology, students study ancient manuscripts from various regions in Indonesia.
AIM / TARGET GROUPS / DURATION
Graduates of the master degree in Literary Studies, are expected to have the knowledge of literary theories and practices, and contribute fresh ideas in the study of contemporary literature and culture, both nationally and internationally. Course duration is 24 months-36 months (2-3 years), on a full-time basis.

General entry requirements:
meet all academic standard required by universities in Indonesia;
receive a full offer of admission from Indonesian Higher Education Office;
submit a statement of substantial funding verification toward Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree studies;
submit documents verifying standard health conditions, signed by a recognized doctor or home country hospital;
submit a statement of complying with Indonesian university regulations.
