Upon successful completion of the study program students receive an international private Master in International Management (MIM) degree, with a specialization in Human Resource Management, awarded by the school's main campus in Zurich, Switzerland, based on the recommendation of the faculty of the local campuses where credits were earned, and upon the recommendation of the school's Academic Council.

The MSc in Management of Human Resources (MHR) is an academic program designed to prepare students to accomplish an international career in the field of human resources. The program extends for 2 years with regular classes and a set of workshops and labs to develop rigorous and relevant knowledge in this field.
