7 Master Programmes in Human Resource Management in Africa for 2024

The purpose of the MCom/MPhil in Human Resource Management is to develop the intellectual and professional skills that provide them with the opportunity to show evidence of independent scientific work in Human Resource Management.

The MCom (Human Resource Management) course is a Program accredited by the South African Board of People Practice (SABPP). The master’s Program entails eight modules of coursework presented over at least four block weeks during the first year of study and a mini-dissertation.

The purpose of the MCom in Strategic Human Resource Management is to develop the applied competence of the student on an advanced (executive) level in the mastering, analysis, interpretation, and understanding of performance, change, and organizational development principles and methods.

The MPhil (Human Resource Management) course is a Program accredited by the South African Board of People Practice (SABPP). The two year master’s Program entails eight modules of coursework presented over at least four block weeks during the first year of study and a mini-dissertation.

There will not be an intake of new students for each degree every year. It remains the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the degree they wish to apply for, will indeed be offered.

The European MASTER is primarily intended for students who have completed a level II diploma (bac +3) in the fields of human resources management, psychology, sociology or labor law.

The Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) program objective is to provide students with distinct professional human resource knowledge and practical applications in human resource management to ensure that an organization's most important asset is available, capable and effective in an ever-changing business environment.
