The programme acknowledges that contemporary markets are increasingly complex and dynamic in terms of culture and demand, that information and com­munication are crucial for success, and that social responsibility for sustainability and corporate entrepreneurship are very important. You develop skills that are needed by business leaders but also in various other organisational roles, for example when le­ading projects and product development processes. Courses focus on leadership, corporate social responsibility, family business management and corporate entrepreneurship. All courses are given in English.
