The Master in International Material Flow Management (IMAT) program is APU’s flagship dual master degree program with the Trier University of Applied Sciences, conducted by the Institute for Applied Material Flow Management (IfaS) in Germany. Students of IMAT get the opportunity to study at APU in Beppu, Japan, the birthplace of the One Village One Product (OVOP) movement, in their first year and at the Environmental Campus Birkenfeld (ECB), the first Zero Emission (ZE) campus in Europe, in their second year.
