Master in Finance, Accounting and InsuranceFinance, Insurance and Accounting, Master Degree of Finance, Accounting and Insurance Full-time (daily) - the limit of 200 Duration: 2 years - 4 semesters
Studies on "Finance, Accounting and Insurance" are intended for people who have a bachelor's, master's or equivalent in each direction. The second cycle complement the knowledge gained at the undergraduate degree in finance and accounting as well as broaden the knowledge directional by selecting one of two specializations: "Corporate Finance and Accounting" and "Management of financial institutions." Specialization is chosen during the first semester; Specialization classes start of the second semester. Specialization will be launched in case of reporting on it at least 50 candidates. After passing the exam courses, writing a thesis and passing the examination, students are awarded the Master's degree in Finance, Accounting and Insurance. Broad international cooperation of the Faculty of Management with more than 60 European universities in the framework of the ERASMUS program and with many universities from the USA and Asia, allows students to download the study at foreign universities. Faculty of Management applies the European Credit Transfer System (European Credit Transfer System, ECTS). Requirements for the candidates
Applicants should have completed undergraduate programs (bachelor or engineer degree). Preference is given to studies on economics or mathematics.
Candidates should have basic knowledge of economics, mathematics and finance, in particular, basic knowledge of economic theory (basics of microeconomics and macroeconomics).
The candidate should know the basics of accounting and financial mathematics (time value of money, the rules for calculating interest and discounting).
In mathematics the candidate is expected to have knowledge related to the basics of linear algebra and calculus.
