It aims to train future managers for managing employees by offering a specialization on the human factor in the company. It deals with themes there as mobilization, motivation, conflict management, ethics, consolidation of work teams, negotiation, leadership, management of different generations, etc. Passage Masters All courses of specialized graduate diploma (DESS) in people management in the workplace are part of the Master of managing people in the workplace. Students who have completed the Master may obtain control by completing additional courses and testing of 12 credits. This will, however, have the following courses as electives DESS: GPE6409 complexity of the human: theories and models and GPE65004 Research Methodology. It is therefore possible for a student to start his DESS path and continue to master. To complete his Masters, he must: have a minimum GPA of 3.2 to 4.3; meet the admission requirements of the Master; file a new application.
