The programme combines literary and linguistic instruction and provides a broader cultural overview of the countries in North America, combining both Anglophone and Francophone and Spanish-speaking regions, from Canada to the United States through Mexico and the Caribbean. The programme is designed so that the students gain an overview of each of the two cultural areas at the same time and are instructed on their mutual linguistic, literary, and cultural influences. The graduates of Ecology subject acquire theoretical knowledge and practical (methodic) skills covering all common ecological concepts, and within this framework, they achieve a specific education in terrestrial and aquatic domains, encompassing all structural levels from molecular ecology, autecology, intra- and interpopulation interactions, towards large-scale ecology (communities, ecosystems, phylogeography). They are able to use recent analytical approaches of quantitative ecological data. The graduate is well prepared either to highly demanding research work including the relevant Ph.D. study or to professional and methodical (but legislative) work as in surveys, analyses or monitoring for state, public or commercial administration.
The Study Program focuses on all aspects of sports training. The process of teaching includes knowledge in the area of Kinanthropology and Sports Sciences. All the academics responsible for the teaching process prove their creative attitude. The „Coach“ specialization focuses on the aspects of sports training in a particular field of sport. The „Fitness Coach“ specialization focuses on the development of different aspects of fitness when dealing with specific types of population. It is an academic Study Program. The accreditation of the Program in English brings internationally acknowledged qualifications/licenses. The Program is going to match with the requirements based on the National Frame of Qualifications when performing.
