It is designed for professionals who wish to manage international projects for building construction and real estate in the future. Therefore it is mainly addressed to professionals in the field of architecture and civil engineering.

First-year studies of ConREM (60 ECTS during semesters 1 and 2) will be organized by Metropolia (Helsinki). Second-year studies (semesters 3 and 4) will be in HTW Berlin.

ConREM provides you a combination of engineering, economics, management, and communication. Specific contents, like project development and project management as well as lifecycle management, and general subjects, such as soft skills and leadership, are taught - all in context of international business.
