Real Estate and Construction Management at KTH
The curriculum of the program covers four terms of full-time study. Within the program, it is possible to specialize in Construction Project Management, Real Estate Development and Land Law or Building and Real Estate Economics. A few of the conditionally elective courses in Real Estate Development and Land Law specialization are taught in Swedish.
The first term consists mainly of foundation courses for all students, after which it is possible to specialize according to educational background and interest. In the final term, students will prepare a final degree project. The degree project is a detailed study of a subject area within the scope of the program.
