Organised within the Faculty of Engineering in Foreign Languages (FILS) of the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest (UTCB), the masters contains 3 semesters with lectures and exams and 1 semester entirely devoted to the master thesis. The master programs have a total of 120 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System).
The masters are opened to Romanian and foreign bachelor graduates. They also accommodate Erasmus+ exchange students. UTCB has 67 Erasmus+ agreements with universities from 17 countries.
