Logistics is the term widely used in business to describe the range of activities associated with the movement, storage and handling of materials. Companies have substantially improved their performance not only by overhauling their internal logistics but also by managing their supply chain more effectively. These developments have created sustained demand for well-qualified logistics and supply chain managers throughout many sectors.

Our MSc International Business Management with Human Resource Management (HRM) programme is aimed at graduates who have little or no business or management background in their first degree and who wish to gain a broad-based business qualification to enhance their future career prospects, or at those looking to develop business management knowledge and skills to allow them to change or further their careers.

We cater for ambitious employees in the private and public sectors who wish to develop their management skills and enhance their career opportunities. This is a conversion programme, designed primarily for graduates in disciplines other than management. However, candidates with prior management or business education may be admitted, depending on their career needs.

The MSc (HR Management) programme consists of 6 modules and 2 research-based papers and may be completed in a minimum of 18 months taught by UCD faculty and local adjunct lecturers in Singapore.
