Introduction
Rapid changes in computer, internet, multimedia and communication technologies have created many challenges in the field of telecommunications engineering. We will equip you with the necessary skills, knowledge and practical experience you need to excel in this demanding industry.
This course focuses on all aspects of telecommunication engineering, from high-level specifications of telecommunications systems, through to the realisation of communication circuits.
Core subjects areas include: broadband digital communications, personal mobile communications, antennas and propagation, plus current experimental practice in electronics and telecommunications projects.
You will also have a wide range of advanced telecommunications electives to choose from. You can choose to combine your studies with a Master of Business Administration.
