Programme Description

Are you recently graduated and do you have a background or a strong interest in finance and economics? Do you want to prepare yourself for a future career in high-level multinationals, financial institutions & banks?

Upon successfully completing your degree at Antwerp Management School, you may continue on to New York City to earn a Master of Science in Global Finance.

Learning objectives

If you want to enhance your hands-on management skills and competences, particularly in the Chinese and European markets, this unique program is ideal for you. A joint initiative of two leading business schools drives a stimulating curriculum that will guide you to discover your personal strengths and prepare you for a booming career in international business. The curriculum provides you with insights on business and the political economy of China, Europe, and the rest of the world.

After attending this program:

  • you have a strong background in analytical and practical decision making;
  • you have a set of skills ranging from corporate finance decisions to portfolio management and derivative pricing;
  • you have a thorough knowledge of the theory and concepts of all major areas of financial management and their strategic implementation.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are recently graduated, you have a master’s degree with little or no work experience.
  • You want to specialize in global financial markets, investments, risk management, and corporate finance.

Degree

Upon successful completion of the academic year, you will receive the following degree: ‘Master in Finance’.

Dual degree

Upon successfully completing your degree at Antwerp Management School, students can choose to go to New York for July/August to work on obtaining their Master of Science in Global Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business. At Fordham, students will only need to follow three additional courses. This involved an extra tuition fee to Fordham of about $15,000.

Admission

Academic background
  • A 4-year academic university degree
  • A 3-year academic degree and an additional relevant degree of at least 60 ECTS credits
  • A 3-year academic degree + min. 1 year of relevant work experience (*)
  • A 4-year professional degree (*)

Proof of English proficiency for our English Master’s programs: IELTS (minimum of 6.5 overall) or TOEFL (minimum of 95)
