Master of Arts in Counseling (MA Counseling)

The Master of Arts program is a two-year program, designed to train and equip students at an advanced level in Counseling and Psychology to be professional counselors who can competently serve their communities. With a strong foundation of theory and practical skills, students are trained to conceptualize and assess client issues, develop treatment plans, and utilize appropriate intervention skills, all from a biblically consistent perspective in light of psychological theory, as well as to conduct research.
