Introduction
The Master's Degree in Work Psychology and Human Talent Management has the general objective of providing professionals with a set of psychological strategies and techniques that enable and prepare them to intervene in the human-administrative processes of diagnosis, analysis, personnel selection, training, and development of organizations, applying them to growth, productivity, and improvement of the quality of life of individuals in the workplace, with ethical and social responsibility.
