Presentation and objectivesThe Universidad de Granada and the Alight company have created a Master's degree aimed at training in the digital management of Human Resources. New technologies and social networks have caused a revolution in today's information and knowledge society. This digital transformation is also reflected in the conception of Human Resources and in the skills and abilities necessary for the incorporation of professionals in this sector into the labour market. In this highly changing context, it is increasingly necessary to have highly qualified professionals capable of facing the continuous challenges of the digitization of Human Resources.
With the Own Master in Human Resources Digitization, the aim is to create a real opportunity to enter the labour market after a theoretical-practical training that makes it possible for students to start their professional careers in a leading company in the sector, Alight NGA HR. Likewise, the paid internships will allow the student to recover the initial cost of the enrollment, to train and to design a professional horizon with unbeatable opportunities for labour insertion.

Labor insertion is 85% once the master's degree is completed (information based on previous editions of it).
All students will receive € 600 per month for 6 months.

Professionals with experience in HR who need to develop their activities in a digital transformation environment. Professionals interested in regulated training in this area. Professionals without a university degree must have 6 months of experience in this field. Students who access this route will receive a certificate of having completed their Own Degree instead of the Master's Degree.
