Introduction
The objective of the Master in Digital Marketing and Social Media is to train top-level professionals so that they can successfully implement and develop marketing strategies, through digital channels, that help achieve the objectives of the company. And all from a very practical perspective in which the student will have contact with some of the best digital marketing professionals in Spain, who will show them the latest in the sector.
The Master will not focus solely on the Internet as a vehicle for the promotion of products and services, but will address, from an integral perspective, how it affects the different dimensions of marketing, allowing the student to finish the Master with solid knowledge that answer questions such as: how does the Internet affect pricing policy? What characteristics do digital channels have as means of sale? Are there products for exclusive sale on the Internet? How can I find my target? Do I have the same competition on the Internet as at the physical point of sale?
This Master in digital marketing has content that will mix two fundamental aspects: on the one hand, the tools, since it is essential to know in depth the digital tools applied to the professional world; on the other hand, the strategy, the student will see a multitude of cases and activities and will be able to select the best possible strategy.
It is the most innovative Master on the market, since its content has recently been reformed to adapt to what is being demanded in the market and it has a very practical approach. Students will not only attend sessions on digital strategies, but will be forced to plan, implement and measure them. During the master, students design websites, mobile applications, chatbots, launch social ad and display marketing campaigns, manage social media profiles, receive information to obtain Google Ads, Google Analytics or Hootsuite certificates, develop CRO strategies , learn the most widely used graphic design and video editing programs on the market.
Official degree
Students who meet the requirements of the Madrid Distance University (UDIMA) will obtain the title of University Master's Degree in Digital Marketing and Social Networks (Official) imparted by UDIMA, in addition to the Professional Master's degree issued by the CEF.
Program Outcome
Upon completion of the Master's degree, the student will be able to:
- Set appropriate objectives for online marketing as well as evaluate the return on investment of these actions.
- Master the techniques of electronic commerce, selling on the Internet and generating traffic to web pages.
- Delve into search engine positioning, both SEO and SEM.
- Develop successful websites, learning to use content managers.
- Implement digital CRM policies and carry out effective email marketing campaigns.
- Design advertising campaigns on the Internet for both display ads and social ads.
- Use social networks as customer contact points to improve digital reputation.
- Analyze the results obtained in the different phases of the digital marketing plan.
- Change the way in which the company relates, communicates and manages its relationship with customers and markets, carrying out a digital transformation exercise.
- Understand the latest technologies applied to the digitalization of the company and be able to adapt them to the needs of the organization: big data, chatbots, internet of things.

The Master is aimed at all those with a university degree and who are interested in specializing in the areas of digital marketing, electronic commerce and social media. Also to all those entrepreneurs who want to start businesses that are based on the digital environment and need to know the keys and opportunities that the Internet offers.
It is not necessary to have in-depth knowledge of marketing to access this Master, since at the beginning of it you will review the fundamentals of marketing and product commercialization.
However, those graduates who do not come from the areas of Commerce and Marketing, Economics, Business Organization, Journalism, Advertising and Audiovisual Communication and who want to obtain official status will have to take additional training through the UDIMA. Specifically, these are two subjects: “Marketing and Globalization” and “Social Networks and Community Management”.

The CEF Master in Digital Marketing and Social Media has a very ambitious program that includes the fundamental content that a professional who wants to make a career in the field of marketing in digital channels needs to know.

The Job and Entrepreneur Exchange is a free service offered to both students and alumni of CEF.- UDIMA as well as companies that wish to fill positions in different functional areas, with the aim of creating a mutual interrelation. It has offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia from which national and international offers are managed.
The Job and Entrepreneurs Exchange offers professional guidance and information for employment and is a magnificent source of recruiting professional profiles at any level of the company, from interns in training practices to senior profiles, including managers and technicians. To facilitate searches, it has its own employment and internship portal.
At the beginning of the Master's degree, the job center counselors and the Master's Director sit down with the students individually to understand their needs and help them increase their employability. This double perspective is very interesting, since the program management is fully aware of what is demanded in the marketing departments and the advertising agencies and counselors know perfectly the needs of recruiters.
The Exchange is not limited to managing the job search platform, but also helps the student who requests it in creating an attractive CV, or when preparing an interview or a group dynamic. In fact, a series of specific sessions on these topics are established throughout the program.
