Introduction
Today the French university must face new requirements, particularly in its training activity: the competency-based approach, the uses of ICT, educational innovation, the quality of training and learning are all projects.
Designed by a multidisciplinary inter-establishment team (ESPE, Universities Toulouse II and III), this master's degree is the first in France to offer training professionals in university teachers' support.
The objective is, therefore, to train professionals in university teaching:
able to support teacher-researchers in their teaching activities and projects;
more broadly, capable of supporting institutions in their training and development policy on teaching aspects.
The training offered is designed according to the generic principle of alternation between training sequences carried out at ESPE Toulouse Midi-Pyrénées (Saint-Agne site) and work sequences in a professional context.
