About the Program The Master Science in Taxation (MS Tax) at Cal Poly is a rigorous one-year program that prepares graduates for careers in public accounting, industry and government. Saint Rose offers you two paths to the MS in Accounting, depending on the level of education you’ve already achieved. Through the 150-hour dual degree program, students can earn their BS and MS in Accounting in just five years. The program combines both courses of study in a logical, continuous curriculum that fulfills the 150 credit hours required by New York State for licensure as a CPA. The MS in Accounting program is designed for students who already have an undergraduate degree, in any major.
